bREAKING gROUND

Commercial concrete  means it has to be done right once and with extra attention to detail. Projects are scheduled and planned diligently. From breaking ground to final inspection, DNA monitors, supervises, and manages your project remarkably.

At this Winnetka project we had to ensure proper drainage (over 200ft of parking lot), new asphalt, new concrete sidewalks. This was a clinic so we had to ensure safety and time efficiency while under construction. The final product was inspected by the village twice for a high-quality standard.

We faced sandy soil and the subbase had to be amended up to 1′ deep. Different sizes of stone, thicker asphalt layer, and a 3-ton roller for highest compaction is what we used to ensure long-term durability.
